Job Opportunity: Community Manager (Research), UK

We're looking for a Community Manager to join our team.

About you
You are a cultural magpie, fascinated by people, society, brands and behaviours. You have  a raging curiosity and desire to engage with how people think, behave, act. You are able to deconstruct and reframe data and information to deliver actionable consumer insight. You have a creative brain that can see patterns and behaviours that other people cannot, and you thrive in solving problems. You learn quickly, are tech-savvy and have an active interest in social media and online communities.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Planning, Designing, Building and Managing online insight communities (with clients)
  • Providing technical and functional support for community members, clients and colleagues
  • Designing online research tasks and activities
  • Supporting membership recruitment drives
  • Qualitative research analysis
  • Writing lucid reports and updates for clients to be kept up-to-date with the latest community developments
  • Communicating with the community on a daily/weekly basis
  • Creating engaging content to supplement research tasks and activities to retain the focus and engagement of community members
  • Attending and managing internal and external client presentations
  • Exporting data reports using Word and Excel
  • Retaining the interest and motivating community members, ensuring participation and energy is high
  • Creating blog content and though-leadership with which to engage Dub's audience of research buyers

Skills & Experience

  • Fluent in English (plus one other language?)
  • 3+ years experience in Market Research, Advertising, Social Media or Marketing environments
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Apple iWorks (Pages, Numbers, Keynote)
  • Team-working and interpersonal skills
  • Near perfect written skills
  • A sense of humour
  • Happy traveling the UK and overseas
